STUDENT REGISTRATION CRITERIA

➥Participation is open to all UG and PG students from any stream of Engineering, as well as from Arts and Science disciplines.

➥All the members in the team must be female.

➥Each team consists of maximum 4 members, including the team leader.

➥The team leader's name should be clearly specified in the Google form.
STUDENT/TEAM FORMATION

➥Members can be from the same or different colleges.

➥Each team consists of maximum 4 members, including the team leader.

➥Students from different streams and colleges are encouraged to collaborate and bring diverse ideas to the project.

➥Each team member must complete the registration individually through the official event website.
IDEA SUBMISSION CRITERIA

➥Participants must submit a brief description of their project idea as part of the registration process.

➥The idea should be submitted in a clear and concise manner (one-page write-up or a similar brief format).

➥The idea should demonstrate creativity and innovation. Focus on solving real-world problems or creating impactful solutions.

➥While the project doesn’t need to be fully completed, the idea should be feasible within the 24-hour timeframe of the TechDivathon.

What are the eligibility ceriteria for participation?

Participation is open to all UG and PG students from any stream of engineering, as well as from arts and science disciplines.

What is the format of the TechDivathon?

Duration: 24 hours of continuous hacking.
Team Composition: Teams of 1 to 4 female students, with members from the same or different colleges.
Submission: Participants are required to submit a one-page write-up detailing their idea before the TechDivathon.
Focus: The emphasis is on innovation and uniqueness of the idea rather than a fully completed project.
Mentorship: One-on-one guidance from industry experts throughout the TechDivathon.
Domains: Participants can choose from 14 predefined domains or explore open innovation to create unique solutions.

Can we use pre-existing code or do we need to build everything from scratch?

You are allowed to use pre-existing code, libraries, or resources, as long as it is relevant to your project. but it would be better if you build from scratch. The main focus is on your idea and innovation.

What if we need technical support during the TechDivathon?

Industry experts will be available for one-on-one mentorship, providing guidance and technical support throughout the event.

what should I bring for the TechDivathon?

Personal Devices:
- Laptop (with necessary software/tools installed).
- Chargers and power banks.
Identification:
- College ID card or any valid student ID.
Project Materials:
- All the equipment and resources needed for your project (e.g., laptops,hardware components, tools, etc.).
- Any pre-prepared code, documentation, or resources that you plan to use during the TechDivathon.
Personal Items:
- Comfortable clothing for 24 hours.
- Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.).
- Snacks or drinks (if additional refreshments are allowed).

What are the judging criteria for the projects?

Judging will be based on the uniqueness, innovation, and feasibility of your idea. The judges will also consider the technical aspects, such as the complexity of the solution and how well it is executed during the TechDivathon.

Is there any dress code for the TechDivathon?

There is no specific dress code, but we recommend wearing comfortable and descent clothes as you will be working for an extended period during the TechDivathon.

Is TA or DA provided for the TechDivathon?

No, TA or DA is provided for the Event

Will food and accommodation be free of cost during the TechDivathon?

Yes, both food and accommodation will be free of cost throughout the 24-hour TechDivathon to ensure participants are well-nourished and comfortable.
